Ecolab is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing carrier performance, resolving logistics issues, and ensuring safety standards across our transportation network. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Service, Divisions, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, cost control, and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong logistics background, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years’ of experience in a manufacturing, logistics or related environment
  • No immigration sponsorship available
  • Fluency in English & German is a must
  • Operational SAP knowledge
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation or related field. Can be compensated by relevant work experience
  • Previous work experience in Logistics/Transportation
  • Soft Skills: Reliable, Independent, Fast Learner
