Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for logistics, data, and driving performance improvements? Fentimans, the award-winning botanically brewed drinks company, is looking for a Logistics & Planning Analyst to join our UK Supply Chain team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of our operations function, you’ll be responsible for delivering robust reporting and analysis to support daily logistics, inventory management, and the wider S&OP process. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations, drive efficiencies, and maintain our reputation for excellent service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Lead and represent logistics operations in cross-functional meetings.
· Deliver clear and actionable daily reporting and analysis on inventory, logistics, and supply chain performance.
· Manage weekly stock reconciliations with 3PL partners.
· Own the MYCHEP transaction process and ensure accurate reconciliations.
· Champion daily KPI performance, ensuring service levels such as OTIF (On Time In Full) are met and exceeded.
· Support customer service and wider supply chain teams with data-driven insights.
· Over time, lead root cause analysis sessions and projects to improve processes and deliver cost savings.
