LOGISTICS PLANNING COORDINATOR

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

  • Degree in logistics, business or similar studies
  • Good knowledge of logistics and transportation planning, especially container (deep-sea & multimodal) and truck transportation
  • Preferably more than ~5 years of experience in collaborating with shipping lines, forwarders and other stakeholders in transportation field
  • Previous experience of logistics operations workflow and efficient ways of carrying out operations
  • Good and proactive communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Performance driven with accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to cope with constant changes and hectic work environment
  • Hands on experience with different IT-systems; experience with ERP systems (especially with SAP), TMS systems, knowledge of Google tools (GMail, Sheets, Slides, Docs) and MS Exce

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

Main responsibilities in this role

  • Carrying out transport order management tasks in compliance with Neste principles and processes including
  • Bookings & confirmations
  • Handling and generating transportation documentation
  • Coordinating, tracking and tracing deliveries
  • Follow-up & Claims handling
  • Exception management
  • Delivery quality and quantity monitoring
  • Self-leading way and responsibility of giving operational guidance (compliance etc.) to operations, trader, sales/supply manager and supply chain management
  • Participation in designated project and process work
  • Other possible responsibilities and tasks assigned by the management
