Monitor and drive team to achieve planning KPIs (CBL, VBL, RBL, OSA, Inventory, OTD...) Escalation management: Serve as the primary point of escalation from Customer Service, Sales, and other teams to resolve complex supply-demand gaps. Operational Excellence & Process Standardization System-wise: Oversee the utilization and optimization of SAP and Kinaxis, ensuring the team maximizes these tools for replenishment and exception handling management. Process Standardization: Architect and implement standardized workflows across the planning department to eliminate silos and drive good practices. Team Leadership & Development People Management: Manage, coach, and upskill a team of Source Planners, Demand Planners and Operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving and data-driven decision-making. OKRs Ownership: Define and track department-wide metrics, including business growth, product initiatives, service improvement and people development.
