Job Description Main Missions Design, optimize, and document internal and external material flow concepts Define packaging standards, line-feeding strategies, and supermarket/replenishment loops Support new product launches and capacity changes with logistics feasibility analyses Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and suppliers to ensure on-time and cost-efficient material availability Monitor logistics KPIs and identify improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with OEM logistics standards and customer requirements Contribute to layout planning, storage strategy, and overall logistics footprint optimization Qualifications Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of automotive logistics processes (inbound, internal flows, line-feeding, packaging, shipping) Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) Ability to analyze data and translate production requirements into robust logistics concepts Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP is a plus) Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments Project management capabilities (launches, layout changes, new flows) Additional Information At SEGULA Technologies, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our HR policy.
