• Responsibilities
• Process high-volume domestic and international sales invoices with precision Coordinate and prepare documentation for Will Calls, FedEx, UPS, truck shipments, and international freight. Independently manage invoicing workflow and shipment paperwork.
• Research and secure competitive rate quotes for truck shipments
• Ensure all required international paperwork is sent to freight carriers accurately and on time
• Proven experience in high-volume invoicing and logistics coordination. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and truck freight systems.
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin). Excellent organizational and communication skill
• Prior work in export/import logistics or freight forwarding
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
