The Logistics Process & Change Lead will: Lead logistics transformational projects and key operational initiatives Drive improvement and sustainability of logistics processes and capabilities Manage system issues resolution with IT and logistics teams Ensure data quality in logistics master data and transactional operations Develop and deliver logistics systems training and support Optimize transportation and warehouse management processes Job Description Develop strong partnerships with Logistics teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions Lead root cause analysis for logistics-related issues and develop sustainable solutions Design and implement improved NA Logistics processes and procedures Track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Create and present strategic recommendations to senior management Participate actively in global logistics excellence communities Research and implement industry best practices in logistics operations Qualifications Critical Knowledge Bachelor's degree in SC Management, Logistics, Business, Economics or related field Deep understanding of transportation and warehouse management systems Advanced knowledge of logistics technology and automation tools Understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and commercial interfaces Critical Experience 5+ years of experience in logistics operations Transportation or warehouse management experience required Extensive knowledge of TMS/WMS systems Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects Change management experience in complex organizations Additional Information What We Offer: A culture that celebrates belonging and collaboration, promotes professional development and strives for a work-life balance that supports the team members.
