What you’ll do As a Logistics Process Engineer, you will support the design, optimization, and implementation of warehouse processes for both new customer engagements and existing warehouse operations. You will identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and contribute to innovation within Vodafone’s Pan-European Logistics Hub and spoke network. In addition to warehouse operations, you will also contribute to transportation network optimisation, helping to streamline and enhance the efficiency of goods movement across the logistics ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to translate customer requirements into operational solutions and participate in implementation, testing, and ramp-up activities. In addition, you will support continuous improvement initiatives across forward and reverse logistics, driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Customer-Focused Solution Design Support the collection and analysis of customer requirements—particularly for new or potential business engagements—to design practical and innovative warehouse and transportation solutions. You will contribute to business development by preparing tailored proposals that incorporate end-to-end logistics solutions, aligning operational capabilities with customer expectations and strategic goals. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment Contribute to feasibility assessments and implementation activities, collaborating with internal teams, 3PL partners, and customers. Process Improvement & Optimization Identify bottlenecks and support initiatives to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across logistics operations. Lean & Continuous Improvement Support Participate in Lean initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis) , 5 S and contribute to operational excellence at the Luxembourg Hub. Data Analysis & Solution Support Use analytical tools to monitor performance, quantify risks or opportunities, and support decision-making. Who you are Master ’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Experience in warehouse operations, transportation, process engineering, or continuous improvement (preferably with a logistics provider or 3PL environment). Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement practices. Understanding of logistics commercial models and operational SLAs. Exposure to industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Warehouse Operations & Process Engineering: Understanding of inbound/outbound flows, layout principles, inventory processes, and reverse logistics. Includes expertise in transportation planning and network optimization, covering route design, carrier selection, and coordination of goods movement across the logistics hub and spoke network. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Ability to interpret operational data and apply it to improve processes and solution design. Technical Tools & Systems: Experience with Excel (advanced), Power BI or similar, AutoCAD (basic), and WMS, TMS Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work with customers, internal teams, and 3PL providers to align on requirements and deliverables. Project & Time Management: Skilled in organizing tasks, managing deadlines, and supporting multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Not a perfect fit?
