JOB DESCRIPTION:

At Mars, we believe “the world we want tomorrow starts with how we do business today.” As part of our ANZ Logistics Acceleration initiative—a cornerstone of our Global & ANZ Pet Nutrition digital first strategy—you’ll help bring our integrated supply chain ambitions to life. As the Logistics Project and Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, people centric logistics solutions that drive efficiency, digitisation, and measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Project delivery – via managing project team and business stakeholders
  • Lead Change management and stakeholder engagement, partnering across the ANZ project team, operational logistics, transport vendors, warehouse operations, and external TMS vendor to deliver alignment and clarity.
  • Drive functional implementation — of new TMS capabilities across all project stages—from concept & ideation (C&I), through user testing and training, to golive support.
  • Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operations—including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams—working collaboratively to embed fitforpurpose, user centric processes.
  • Manage project risks & issues, proactively driving controls, escalation, and mitigation strategy to keep the project on track.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience as a Project and Change Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital and physical operations—someone who:
  • Has proven expertise managing largescale supply chain or TMS transformation projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrates practical change management experience—optimising adoption while keeping operations robust.
  • Brings strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
  • Is solutions oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and committed to delivering real business impact.
