1.負責與第三方物流（3PL）合作，推動倉儲流程改善專案，提升作業效率與準確率。 2.規劃並執行WMS（倉儲管理系統）導入專案，包含系統需求定義、測試、培訓及上線支援。 3.監控專案進度與品質，確保目標達成並符合預算控制。 4.持續優化倉儲流程，協助3PL建立標準作業流程(SOP)。 5.協調跨部門溝通，包含內部IT部門及外部廠商。 6.分析數據和報表，提出改善建議及行動方案。
Responsibilities
The Logistics Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) to drive warehouse process improvement projects and enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. They will also plan and execute WMS implementation projects, monitor project progress and quality, and continuously optimize warehouse processes.
