Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities • Driver of Logistics quality with Complaint management, reporting of Logistics Quality • Hand holding for operations stabilization (hypercare) • Conducting LOG-FMEA and control plan creation usage of Advanced Quality Planning tools (8D methods) • Standardization and process conformity on site • Contact point for QM and implementation of QM-requirements • Process Quality Monitoring, Logistics Quality Reporting (KPIs) • Problem Solving on site and Lessons Learned (8D,4Q,Ishikawa approach) • Check, implement and monitoring of ‘Customer specific requirements • Check and evaluating new /changed CDs/ISO, IATF, QM requirements • Operations Complaint Management with GBs , Customer and LSP • Support LSP management - deviation, escalation, exception management • Data gathering for future analysis and improvement Projects. • RFQ mapping & involvement in tendering • Weekly/Monthly consolidated KPI reporting & required dashboards. • Savings potential analysis in fine distribution network and support implementation with internal customers • Preparation and accompaniment of internal/external audits • Calculation and communication of penalty amounts to LSP, PUI and Bosch accounts team & follow up of payment Operational Tasks • Collect information regarding receipt of damaged parts. • External visual inspection for identifying the damages on packaging with photos and communication to respective Logistics teams. • Create initial claim to Bosch Insurance and send details to C/FII-IN with all documents • Information to Stakeholders on receipt and Blocking • monetary claim letter or notification of liability to transporter Qualifications Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree with 1 years of experience in Supply Chain Experience : Supply chain or Quality Mandatory/requires Skills : • Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook and Power point is must) • Expert in excel, Power BI will be added advantage. • Good in English/Hindi Communication • Working experience of TMS/ERP systems • Good understanding of Supply chain • Basic Analytics / data management Preferred Skills : • Good knowledge in Logistics operations (Transportation / Last Mile Delivery, Warehouse dispatch Process, Freight cost analysis, Damage Claims) • Minimum 3 years of Experience in similar function.
