We are looking for a high-performing Logistics Sales Executive to join our Vaughan office and take your career — and earnings — to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow your book of business with the full backing of a proven 3PL operation.
  • Prospect new accounts through relentless outreach and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Turn leads into revenue with quick follow-ups and sharp closing skills.
  • Work closely with our operations team to deliver competitive, profitable pricing and ensure smooth execution for every shipment.
  • Build and strengthen carrier partnerships that give you an edge in matching freight with the right lanes.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1-3 years of successful 3PL sales experience with an established book of business.
  • A proven closer with a consistent record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • A confident negotiator with excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, disciplined, and motivated to build a high-performing sales pipeline.
