Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Service Centre Associate to join our Harrow team. This role involves a combination of operations, logistics, customer service, and sales support. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the service centre, assisting customers with enquiries, and supporting the safe and efficient handling of shipments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Open and close the store in line with company procedures.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Track and monitor all shipments, updating clients proactively.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales, and follow up on leads.
  • Assist with professional packing of goods, including fragile and high-value items.
  • Support with collections and deliveries when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to achieving branch sales targets.
