Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients, build a strong pipeline of opportunities, and actively pursue new business by offering tailored logistics solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at corporations, including supply chain managers, procurement officers, and C-level executives.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ logistics needs and challenges.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring that all contracts and agreements are aligned with client expectations and company standards.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt your sales approach accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and the challenges faced by large corporations.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to acquire new business, build lasting relationships, and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels of an organization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand complex logistics challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team goals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
