We’re currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support the commercial operations of an international logistics company. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, pricing teams, and logistics stakeholders to ensure fast and accurate quotations, bid responses, and pricing support that help drive new business opportunities. What will you do? As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide end-to-end support to the commercial team, helping design logistics solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate pricing for freight opportunities. You will play a key role in supporting sales growth by ensuring competitive pricing, timely responses, and high-quality commercial documentation. What we’re looking for ✔ 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade ✔ Experience in sales support, pricing, customer service, or tender management within logistics ✔ English level B2+ (C1 preferred) ✔ Experience working with air freight or ocean freight pricing ✔ Strong ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines Tools & Systems Excel (intermediate to advanced) CRM or quoting systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) Collaboration tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Experience with logistics platforms such as CargoWise, Magaya, or similar is a plus Nice to have ➕ Experience working with RFQs, bids, or tender processes ➕ Experience with rate management tools or carrier platforms ➕ Certifications in logistics or supply chain (IATA, FIATA, etc.) Key Responsibilities Sales Support Operations Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and contracts for logistics services. Support the sales team with customer documentation and commercial proposals. Assist with customer onboarding and implementation handovers between sales and operations. Support lead qualification and provide relevant client information to the sales team. Prepare commercial reports and support sales performance reviews. Pricing & Bid Support Maintain and update country tariffs for air and ocean freight services. Support pricing campaigns and competitive pricing strategies. Prepare responses for RFQs, bids, and tender requests. Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders to consolidate pricing proposals. Monitor pricing compliance and escalate risk-related decisions when necessary. Operational Coordination Manage daily priorities and quotation requests. Ensure accuracy and quality in pricing and documentation. Collaborate with regional pricing teams and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes and response times.
