RESPONSIBILITIES: • Team Coaching and provide them with full support to be aligned with company process & policy and measure the achieved KPIs on semi-annual basis • Highlight any gaps and delays of shipments to the concerning internal and external stakeholders along with giving effective solutions to eliminate the risk of delay. • Set SMART KPIs to all team members and evaluate their productivity accordingly • Lead the consistent flow of information and goods to Site. • Prequalify freight forwarders and customs clearance agents based on their financial capabilities and vendor profile, in addition to the standard criteria for vendor prequalification • Conduct a cost analysis of several transportation companies to select one that is cost-efficient and able to handle the shipment loads. • Prepare logistics and forecast plan for new international project • Enhance on-time and under-budget shipments through continuous supervision of shipping processes and custom clearance cost with End Customer, Customs Authorities & Clearing Agents. • Promote and enforce adherence to all safety protocols and requirements during transportation operations. • Communicate with local freight forwarders and carriers to facilitate favorable partnerships and cost-effective services. • Track and monitor shipment progress, providing consistent customer updates regarding delays or transport issues. • Keep accurate record for the shipping documents for further use as part of the projects' historical data • Achieve financial targets with effective negotiation of transportation rates and services. Requirement: Logistics certificate or graduated from logistics department 12+ years of experience minimum 3 years inside KSA 3 years minimum in managerial level
