REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or any related field.
• Experience in the logistics, supply chain or rail transportation is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess strong knowledge of market analysis techniques and business planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

• Assist in assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Prepare project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to drive business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
• Monitor and analyze project performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Prepare detailed reports on business development activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in both project execution and business development strategies.
• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
• Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Draft and edit corporate materials, including presentations, press releases, newsletters, speeches, and presentations.
• Organize and manage corporate events, press conferences, and other public relation activities.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation within the company.
• Recommend improvement to processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
