Job Description The Logistics & Service coordinator has full responsibility for all logistics related tasks at the Korean branch. This included planning, imports, warehouse management and inventory management. You interface with the local customs broker, transportation companies and rigging teams, as well as with our Service management and Logistics functions at the Headquarters in Vienna. The Service coordination duties include service administration, customer reports and manpower planning. Responsibilities Acts as the main interface between IMS HQ Logistics and IMS Korea Manages the IMS spare parts warehouses in Korea Plans, maintains and periodically checks inventory levels Maintains ERP system and other database / tracking systems. Coordinates goods receiving, customs clearance and return shipments Organizes goods distribution within Korea Supports Team Leaders with service coordination and administration Gathers data and prepares periodic service and spare part reports Occasionally organizes and joins customer meetings Local purchasing support for timely and compliant procurement. Qualifications You have a BSc degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a similar field. Previous experience from a similar role in the Korean semiconductor industry, including Import / Export regulations is desired but not mandatory. Knowledge of ERP systems highly desirable You have strong communication and social skills as well as extraordinary service orientation, multitasking skills and intercultural competence You have a very good knowledge of English, written and spoken The scope of the role is flexible depending on your experience.
