This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within our Operational Support Services team. As a Logistics Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating fleet, facilities, stores, and related services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across TasWater.

This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role where you’ll work across multiple stakeholders, manage service requests, and ensure high standards of customer service, safety, and performance. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Coordinate and manage logistics service requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and track work orders, contractor performance, and service outcomes.
  • Maintain and utilise systems to manage assets, facilities, and service records.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver services.
  • Undertake site inspections to identify maintenance, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support contract management activities, including service agreements and renewals.
  • Contribute to reporting, continuous improvement, and the enhancement of logistics processes.
