We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional communication between carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
Pay Rate: $18-20
Location: Irving, Tx
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday (2pm-11pm)

• Coordinate and schedule shipments (inbound and outbound) with carriers, freight forwarders, and couriers.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping logs, and tracking reports.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Verify and inspect shipments for accuracy, proper packaging, and compliance with regulations.
• Negotiate shipping rates with carriers to optimize costs and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation laws, and safety standards.
• Support warehouse staff with order fulfillment and inventory control when needed.
• Generate reports related to shipments, freight costs, and delivery performance.
