Description

Job ResponsibilitiesManaging and monitoring daily warehouse operations
Preparing and controlling invoices, delivery notes, shipment documents, and operational paperwork
Tracking inbound and outbound product movements both physically and systemically
Supporting loading, unloading, and shipment coordination processes
Coordinating transportation and delivery operations with the logistics team
Monitoring stock movements and preparing operational reports
Maintaining regular communication with the operations and logistics teams in Türkiye
Supporting warehouse order, operational flow, and process discipline
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
Experience in warehouse operations, shipment, or logistics processes
Good knowledge of invoicing and delivery note processes
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
Strong planning, coordination, and operational follow-up skills
Able to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment
Customer-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused mindset
German, English or Turkish language skills are preferred
