Description
Key Responsibilities Daily Logistics Coordination Arrange local deliveries and monitor shipment status. Coordinate with transport providers and warehouses on delivery schedules. Follow up on delayed shipments and update internal stakeholders. Support booking of freight and transport services. Order Processing Process customer delivery orders in SAP/ERP system. Prepare shipping documents such as delivery notes and packing lists. Ensure order and shipment information is accurate and updated. Inventory & Warehouse Support Update inventory movement records in the system. Assist warehouse team with stock checks and reconciliation. Support coordination of inbound and outbound goods. Communication & Administrative Support Communicate with internal teams including Customer Service, Sales, and Procurement. Respond to basic logistics inquiries from customers and vendors. Maintain logistics files, shipment records, and documentation. Compliance & Safety Follow company safety and operational procedures. Ensure logistics documents comply with company requirements. Support the team during audits and compliance checks. Reporting Update simple logistics reports and shipment tracking files. Assist in monitoring delivery performance and logistics KPIs. Qualifications 2 years of working experience Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
