Job Description Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order processing and logistics-related inquiries. Receive customer orders via email, phone, or other communication channels. Register, validate, and process customer orders accurately in SAP. Handle customer calls and inquiries, maintaining clear records of all communications and follow-up actions. Provide sales and operational support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain accurate customer master data, documentation, and records within the ERP system. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Support continuous improvement of sales support and order management processes. Qualifications Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) or equivalent. 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management within an international environment. Experience in the ICT, Electronics, or Technology industry is preferred. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including order registration and processing. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; an additional European language is an advantage. Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide timely, effective support. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
