Job Responsibilities

• Creation of transport orders in international trade (import & export)
• Creation of shipping invoices and delivery notes
• Preparation of carnets and certificates of origin
• Examination of customs documents (ATC certificates; export declarations; PV certificates; etc.)
• Mapping of goods movements in the internal ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Monitoring of delivery deadlines

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Knowledge in the areas of customs, delivery conditions, import and export controls and tariff classification
• Knowledge of various transport routes (land, sea and air transport)
