Description

We’re seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist with strong trade compliance experience to support global supply chain operations. A Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is preferred, but not required. This role ensures timely and compliant import/export transactions while maintaining alignment with U.S. and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import/export logistics across air, ocean, and ground
  • Review and enforce goods classifications (HTS, COO, ECCN)
  • Analyze customs documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Liaise with customs brokers and internal teams to ensure timely clearance
  • Monitor and report customs regulation violations
  • Maintain compliance with 19 CFR, EAR, C-TPAT, and ACE systems
  • Support reconciliation, valuation, and audit programs
  • Train staff on customs compliance and serve as a confidential resource
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on duty recovery and risk mitigation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in logistics or corporate trade compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations
  • Experience with customs brokerage coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and logistics platforms (SAP, Oracle, ACE)
  • LCB certification preferred
  • Bilingual skills English and Chinese

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
