Description

Responsibilities

Ensure up-to-date knowledge of EUDR-related processes, tools, and systems
Monitor and manage trade compliance cases, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to regulatory deadlines.
Maintain and improve documentation of compliance workflows and case handling procedures.
Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance metrics to management.
Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.
Handle escalations professionally and coordinate with relevant supply chain partners.
Support and lead work packages in strategic compliance and logistics improvement projects.
Ensure professional communication standards with global business partners.
Develop an incident and case management to a problem management
Identify and implement quality and efficiency improvements in compliance processes.
Maintain oversight of recurring issues and initiate corrective actions or cross-functional communication.
Respond to ad-hoc compliance requests with speed and accuracy.
Support the development of processes for new regulatory requirements (e.g., LKSG)
