Responsibilities
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of EUDR-related processes, tools, and systems
  • Monitor and manage trade compliance cases, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to regulatory deadlines.
  • Maintain and improve documentation of compliance workflows and case handling procedures.
  • Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance metrics to management.
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Handle escalations professionally and coordinate with relevant supply chain partners.
  • Support and lead work packages in strategic compliance and logistics improvement projects.
  • Ensure professional communication standards with global business partners.
  • Develop an incident and case management to a problem management
  • Identify and implement quality and efficiency improvements in compliance processes.
  • Maintain oversight of recurring issues and initiate corrective actions or cross-functional communication.
  • Respond to ad-hoc compliance requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Support the development of processes for new regulatory requirements (e.g., LKSG)
