Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the daily operations of our shop and warehouse. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, planning deliveries, and coordinating material flow to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming hardware, metal, and materials.
  • Process shipments in the ERP system and manage inventory/staging.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries; prepare necessary shipping documentation.
  • Communicate with Project Managers regarding deliveries and material needs.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and assist with local deliveries.
  • Support scheduling for shop staff including welders and locksmiths.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of administrative experience, logistics preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift experience and ability to lift materials as needed.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.

Employment Requirements:
