Logistics Specialist | Düsseldorf (flexible hybrid setup) | €55,000-€75,000 package + corporate benefits

We're exclusively supporting a modern, forward-thinking global consumer goods business as they appoint a new Logistics Specialist to join their growing Supply Chain team in Düsseldorf.

  • The opportunity:Take ownership of logistics activities across external logistics partners, customers and internal teams.
  • Become a key point of contact for logistics matters across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales and other commercial teams to ensure an efficient flow of products.
  • Support digitalisation initiatives and the continued development of the company's logistics operations.
  • Take responsibility for performance reporting, inventory accuracy and commercial discussions with logistics partners.
  • Join a highly collaborative Supply Chain function with excellent long-term development opportunities.


  • We're looking for:Solid experience across operational logistics, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or a similar fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working with 3PLs / external logistics providers and a good understanding of warehousing and transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest better solutions.
  • A proactive, commercially minded individual who wants to make an impact rather than simply maintain existing processes.
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline would be advantageous.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA would be a plus.
  • Fluent German and good English.


  • What’s on offer:€55,000–€75,000 depending on experience, including an annual bonus
  • Hybrid working – up to 10 days per month remotely, with flexibility around when you work remotely.
  • 30 days' holiday, plus 24th & 31st December off.
