What you will do

• Timely planning and processing of shipping orders, including all related procedures and processes (SAP)
• Operational customs clearance for import and export transactions
• Support for logistics processes within Europe
• Incoming and outgoing goods processing
• Preparation of invoices and freight documents

What you will need

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent, wholesale and foreign trade agent, or comparable business management training
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, depending on the training qualification
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of export/import customs clearance processes and the corresponding IT software
• Familiarity with export control regulations is a plus
• Independent and highly accurate work style
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and reliability
• Knowledge of logistics processes
• Excellent German language skills and proficient written and spoken English
