  • About the Requirements: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, business partners, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational excellence.
  • Lead tender preparation activities and coordinate documentation submissions within defined timelines.
  • Develop demand forecasts and strategic supply plans to ensure uninterrupted product availability and minimize stock-out risks.
  • Monitor distributor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to address supply challenges proactively.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting exercises by providing accurate market and supply chain data.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage regulatory and trade-related requirements, including trade licenses, customs coordination, Dubai Trade and Dubai Customs accounts, and logistics documentation.
