Job Title: Logistics Specialist Pay Range: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour  Location: City of Industry, CA What you will DO: * Shipment Tracking: Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to monitor and track all inbound international shipments (air and ocean) to ensure timely delivery and visibility. * Documentation Management: Ensure all required shipping and import documentation is received, reviewed for accuracy, and properly filed, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and arrival notices. * Customs Coordination: Work directly with customs brokers to facilitate timely and compliant customs clearance by:  - Providing accurate documentation  - Verifying HTS classifications and country of origin  - Responding promptly to customs inquiries and requests * Delivery Scheduling: Schedule delivery appointments for inbound containers and trucks with warehouse receiving teams to ensure efficient dock utilization and minimize delays. * Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders. What you will NEED: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * 5+ years of related professional experience * Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, formulas) for reporting and analysis * Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
