Join TJX Australia as our Transport Logistics Specialist – Outbound, where you’ll help keep stock moving smoothly from our Processing Centre to TK Maxx stores across the country. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you’ll coordinate daily deliveries, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and play a big part in keeping our store network running at its best. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily outbound deliveries Manager returns and offsite stock movements Track delivery performance and support continuous improvement Ensure safety and compliance across all transport activities Partner with internal teams and transport vendors to resolve issues quickly What we’re looking for Experience in transport, freight or distribution coordination Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Collaborative approach and effective communicator Takes pride in accuracy, ensuring even the small things are well done We know great logistics talent comes from all kinds of backgrounds.
