What You’ll Do Keep track of pallet movements (hire, return, transfer) and help resolve any discrepancies Manage stock levels of key consumables like packaging, PPE, and tools Forecast supply needs during busy and quiet periods Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Support reporting, documentation, and general admin tasks across the team What You’ll Bring Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or supply control Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills Ability to build positive working relationships Experience with pallet systems (CHEP/Loscam) or warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) is an advantage Effective communication, organisation, and time‑management skills What Success Looks Like Accurate and on‑time pallet and supply data Smooth reconciliation and minimal discrepancies Well‑maintained consumable inventory levels Strong supplier relationships Reliable support across teams and daily operations Why Join TJX Australia (TK Maxx)?
