Your mission

Lead and manage all warehouse and logistics operations, including goods receipt, inventory management, order picking, and shipping.
Optimize logistics processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Oversee incoming inspection activities for returned goods in collaboration with Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
Work closely with Customer Service to ensure smooth order processing and customer deliveries.
Coordinate and manage external logistics providers and suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and key logistics KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
Experience in a regulated industry, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or SAP.
Solid knowledge of inventory management as well as warehouse and shipping processes.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
