Logistics Specialist – Free Zone Operations Location: Alexandria, Egypt (47 Sultan Hussein) Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Days Off: Friday & Saturday Job Summary ESHRATEX Cotton Spinning is seeking a Logistics Specialist with hands-on experience in Free Zone operations to manage logistics documentation, import/export procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of GAFI regulations, NAFEZA/ACID processes, and the full logistics cycle to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities Handle all logistics documentation and official duties related to Free Zone operations. Manage import and export procedures from start to finish. Process Free Zone transactions including work orders (أوامر الشغل), export certificates (شهادات الصادر), invoices, deductions and collections (خصم وتحصيل). Coordinate with GAFI (General Authority for Investment and Free Zones) and other relevant authorities. Manage NAFEZA and ACID requirements and related documentation. Ensure compliance with Free Zone regulations and logistics procedures. Coordinate and monitor the full logistics cycle and shipment documentation. Requirements Proven experience in Free Zone operations and procedures in Egypt. Strong knowledge of GAFI regulations and dealings. Hands-on experience with NAFEZA and ACID systems. Solid understanding of the full logistics cycle. Strong experience in import and export procedures. Very good command of Arabic and English. Strong communication skills and professional presentation.

Responsibilities
