Job description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Export & Order Processing Coordinator (m/f/d) who is responsible for international order processing as well as export and logistics processes and ensures a smooth process.

Your tasks

• Processing international customer orders from order receipt to delivery
• Coordination with sales, production and finance departments
• Organization and monitoring of international transports
• Preparation of export and customs documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with export regulations and Incoterms
• Contact persons for customers, distributors and logistics partners
• Monitoring deliveries and clarifying operational issues
• Support for process optimization and digitalization

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience in export, logistics or order processing
• Good knowledge of international trade and export processes
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment is an advantage.
