Job Title: Nordic Logistics Specialist Work Level: 1D Reports to: Nordic Logistics Manager Scope:Nordics Location: Sweden Terms & Conditions: Full-Time, 1 year contract, Local Conditions About the Role We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to strengthen our Nordic Logistics organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing Route-to-Market (RTM) logistics across the Nordic countries, ensuring strong operational performance, cost control, and service level delivery. You will act as an operational escalation point, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support a stable and efficient logistics setup across the Nordics. Key Responsibilities Maintain and develop RTM logistics models across all Nordic countries Ensure stock accuracy and support financial control processes Act as operational escalation point and support daily logistics issues Monitor and maintain integrations with warehouse systems and data communication Drive cost reduction via cost to serve initiatives and support logistics masterplan activities Manage monthly cost follow-ups and performance reviews per market on operational areas Set up, review, and follow up on logistics KPIs per market Contribute to sustainability targets, including carbon-related KPIs Participate and owning yearly stock count Participate in yearly warehouse audits Share best practices and drive cross-Nordic ways of working Key Activities Monthly cost follow-up for each market RTM Preform daily activities to support service delivery and logistics efficiencies First point of contact towards our 3rd-party warehouse provider including performance tracking Continuous development and execution of improvement plans Support cost-saving and logistics development projects across Nordics Key Interactions Customer Operational team such as Planning and Quality External partners, including 3rd-party logistics providers (e.g. Genpact and Frode Laursen) CBD organization Required Experience & Capabilities Supply Chain or Logistics experience, preferably within logistics operations Solid system understanding, including interfaces between systems Experience working with external partners and shared service organizations Strong analytical capabilities and continuous improvement minds Skills & Technology SAP (S1P) Excel skills MS Office Power BI KPIs & Performance Measures Cost reduction (e.g. cost per ton) Service level performance across all RTMs Supporting sustainability goals, including reduction of logistics-related emission Monthly cost and performance reporting per market Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
