Your role is critical to guaranteeing customer availability and meeting OTIF targets (on time, in full). You will identify potential risks, analyze issues, and coordinate solutions to mitigate disruptions. You will organize and manage beer stock according to established processes, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate invoicing in line with agreed SLAs. Daily, you will handle your tasks efficiently while taking a proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving. Your focus will be on delivering both immediate solutions and sustainable improvements to daily operations. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your analytical skills, enhance your Excel and Power Query capabilities, and deepen your expertise in SAP. What will you be doing: Ensuring operational excellence as per LCP (Logistics Excellence Program) guidelines. Coordination within Export teams and Inventory Domestic teams to provide visibility on stocks and status update on open orders. Is accountable for assuring the right finished goods/empties are available at the right location in the at the right moment at the best cost. Creates needed stock transfer requisitions and aligns with transport planning and logistics operations on right timings. Support structural improvements as per LCP target, projects, KPI and SLA tracking. Analyzes stock age for finished goods inventories, identifies risks and liaises with business points of contact to alleviate the risk. Shared responsibility with Team Leader for resolving key operational issues in the team. Provide trainings to newcomers and support them during the onboarding period. Support to structural improvements & projects. What you will bring: 1–2 years of experience in an FMCG, logistics, or operational environment; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Power Query/Power BI a plus). Logistics understanding, especially in regard to sense of urgency and prioritization, analytical skills. Detail-oriented and results-driven,solution-focused approach with the ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently while coordinating tasks and workload within a team. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of driving actions and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across geographies using virtual tools.
