Responsibilities End‑to‑End Shipment Management Manage and track regional inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on‑time delivery, service continuity, and compliance with logistics and trade requirements. Proactively identify shipment risks, delays, or disruptions and drive timely resolution to minimize operational impact. Regional Shipment Execution & Network Performance Own end‑to‑end tracking and management of regional inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on‑time delivery, network stability, and service continuity. Proactively monitor shipment status, identify risks or delays, and resolve logistics quality issues such as damages, mishandling, or service failures to minimize operational impact. Logistics Service Provider (LSP) & Quality Management Act as the primary interface with external logistics service providers to manage logistics‑related quality issues. Lead claims management (including evidence collection and documentation), drive root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions with LSPs to improve service quality and prevent recurrence. Internal Coordination & Shipment Expediting Serve as the key logistics contact point for internal stakeholders (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Program Teams). Coordinate and execute shipment expediting requests, prioritize critical movements, and align logistics execution with business needs for both inbound and outbound flows.. Compliance & Governance Support Ensure adherence to logistics governance, access control, and trade compliance requirements (e.g., AEO, customs procedures). Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and operational discipline in daily logistics activities. Continuous Improvement & Reporting Monitor logistics performance trends, highlight recurring issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives with data‑driven insights and recommendations. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of hands‑on logistics or supply chain operations experience, with direct responsibility for regional inbound and outbound shipments. Proven experience supporting time‑critical, high‑value, or regulated shipments. Logistics & Compliance Expertise Strong working knowledge of international freight operations, customs clearance, and trade compliance requirements. Experience working with customs programs (e.g., AEO), access control discipline, and audit readiness is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage logistics quality issues, including shipment damage, service failures, claims filing, and corrective actions. Service Provider & Stakeholder Management Proven capability to manage and influence external logistics service providers (LSPs), OEMs, and carriers to meet service and quality expectations. Strong internal coordination skills with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Program teams to support shipment expediting and priority movements. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and escalation management skills in a fast‑paced operational environment. Professional Competencies High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make sound operational decisions.
