Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of delivery and transportation activities.
• Collaborate with drivers, vehicles, routes and delivery schedules to optimize schedules and reduce transportation costs.
• Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards in line with industry regulations and best practices.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, fuel, maintenance and operational costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales procurement and internal teams.
• Monitor maintenance reports, KPIs, and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, showcasing experience in FMCG, food distribution, seafood, cold chain or similar industry.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of the industry.
• Experience in supervising drivers and logistics co-ordinations.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of route planning and fleet coordination.
• Experience in the logistics sector, preferably in a supervisory capacity, highlighting leadership skills and industry insight.
