We are seeking a confident and dedicated Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily distribution and storage of goods within the Food & Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising the safe running of our back-of-house logistics operations to ensure safe and efficient product delivery and storage.

HERE ARE SOME DESIRABLE QUALITIES REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE…

• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to lift and move materials, including heavy items, in a safe manner
• Knowledge of stock control procedures, including FIFO, and best practices for storage and food safety
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications
• Drivers within the team must be over 25 for insurance purposes
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
