Position: Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations. The role involves handling drivers and support staff, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate logistics and delivery records, and ensuring smooth, safe, and timely transportation operations.

Job Description:

o Plan and coordinate daily deliveries.

o Handle and coordinate drivers and support staff.

o Prepare delivery schedules and assign drivers and vehicles.

o Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.

o Monitor deliveries and follow up on delays or issues.

o Ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.

o Maintain accurate delivery records and logistics documentation.

o Handle and resolve daily delivery and transportation issues.

o Support the logistics team in daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of logistics and delivery operations
• Experience handling drivers and support staff
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Salary: Competitive and negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
