You will lead a team of logistics porters and support staff, ensuring efficient setup, delivery, and breakdown of services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations across multiple venues
• Lead, motivate, and support logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for venue managers and event coordinators
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and stock control
• Provide hands-on support as required, ensuring service standards are consistently met
