Logistics Supervisor

Salary: AED 5,000–5,500 per month (Negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our day-to-day logistics operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UAE logistics operations, particularly in Free Zone procedures, customs clearance, shipment documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including import, export, and local shipments.
• Handle and coordinate UAE Free Zone procedures, clearances, and approvals.
• Coordinate with Customs, Free Zone authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and clearing agents.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and logistics documents, including Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Delivery Order (DO), and other relevant documents.
• Follow up on shipment status, ETA, vessel arrivals, customs clearance, cargo release, and deliveries.
• Monitor free time, detention, demurrage, and other shipment-related charges.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents and completion of clearance formalities.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
• Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and operational concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organized logistics records and documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable UAE Customs and Free Zone requirements.
