The logistics specialist will play a key role in managing on-ground logistics operations in KSA, ensuring smooth customs clearance, trucking coordination, and issue resolution at ports. This position is essential to maintaining operational flow and supporting the regional logistics strategy. Key Responsibilities Negotiate with logistics providers for trucking and customs solutions. Manage documentation for customs clearance and port operations. Resolve urgent issues with customs and port authorities. Use company systems to track and report logistics activities. Submit daily operational reports and updates. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in KSA Proficient in ERP systems such as Sage, Power BI, SAP, and Microsoft Office. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and documentation. Proficiency in logistics systems and reporting tools. Effective communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
