Key responsibilities

• Manage the ordering, receiving, checking, storage and availability of school and camp supplies and equipment
• Coordinate deliveries to and between homelands, identifying requirements and resolving logistical issues as they arise
• Identify maintenance and repair needs, prioritise works, coordinate trade services and follow work through to completion
• Complete basic site maintenance and arrange appropriate solutions where specialist support is required
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, visitors and community members, including transport and associated logistics
• Manage operational readiness of school vehicles, including routine checks, servicing, repairs, equipment and safe use within the homeland setting
• Coordinate the set-up and logistical requirements for meetings, events, community gatherings and Staff Camp activities
• Maintain accurate records of supplies, deliveries, maintenance, vehicle and logistics activities
• Identify and resolve practical operational issues affecting teachers, staff, visiting personnel and the delivery of school activities
• Act as the local point of contact and take ownership of day-to-day logistics and operational coordination within the community

• Ability to communicate respectfully with Elders, families and staff
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify priorities, make practical decisions and work independently within agreed responsibilities
• Reliable, organised and able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
• Strong practical problem-solving and coordination skills across maintenance, transport, supplies, equipment and site operations
