Your tasks

Control and monitoring of all warehouse processes (goods receipt, storage, order picking, goods issue)
Ensuring timely and error-free deliveries
Leadership, deployment planning and further development of your warehouse team
Analysis of disruptions and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety)
Optimization of processes, material flow and warehouse layout (CIP, Lean, 5S)
Controlling key performance indicators and reporting to management

Professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally with initial management experience
Strong hands-on mentality and organizational talent
Experience in managing warehouse processes and operational procedures
Safe handling of warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools
Strong communication skills, teamwork and leadership abilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented manner
A sense of responsibility regarding quality, safety and efficiency
Good German skills, both spoken and written.
