REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • HBO work and thinking level and 3+ years of experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in logistics or production
  • Fluent in Dutch & English and clear communication skills to employees, leaders as multiple stakeholders
  • Influencing, convincing and motivating skills
  • Ability to drive deadlines, KPI targets, & compliance and to prioritize, plan and execute to the best of the company
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to make decisions and take swift actions
    Experience with Lean Six Sigma, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience within a medical device environment are considered advantages in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional level of support by applying a broad knowledge of Medtronic processes, tools and policies focusing on Outbound
  • Ability to monitor product and information flows as well as resolving issues in an efficient, compliant and effective way to ultimately strive for the highest level of customer experience
  • Order monitoring, resource planning and people management for the daily delivery and shipment flows, handle all incoming e-mails and dealing with special requests
  • Effective issue resolution and communication towards the supporting teams which includes performing root cause investigation, coordinate issues with other teams, have attention for detail, and a high-quality focus
  • Build close working relationships with our crew of operators and supporting teams as well as other internal departments
  • A mix of operational leadership, communication and continuous improvements skills in the delivery of service and support of the Outbound processes
