Responsibilities

- Take ownership of day-to-day delivery operations and service performance.

- Lead and manage the Sales & Operations Operator team and coordinate closely with the existing Rider & Fleet function.

- Monitor live orders, rider availability, attendance, delivery completion and operational exceptions.

- Ensure partners and customers receive reliable operational follow-up and issues are resolved quickly.

- Track operational KPIs, identify recurring problems and implement practical improvements.

- Maintain clear accountability across the operations team.

- Escalate critical operational, partner, rider and service issues to the Founder / General Manager.

- Support growth while maintaining service quality, rider availability and operational discipline.

- Use Alpha Miles operational dashboards and systems to manage and monitor performance.

- Prepare concise operational reports and action plans for management.

### Requirements

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in **last-mile delivery, logistics, courier, 3PL, food delivery or e-commerce operations**.

- Strong knowledge of UAE / Dubai delivery operations.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Comfortable managing riders, operational staff and high-volume daily workflows.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- KPI-driven and highly accountable.

- Comfortable working with web dashboards, operational systems and live performance data.

- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
