Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing to meet customer demands.
• Manage inventory levels through regular audits, optimizing stock to prevent shortages or excess, thus reducing costs.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to negotiate contracts and secure the best rates while ensuring reliable service.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse and transportation processes to protect staff and assets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, demonstrating a trajectory of increasing responsibility.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD) is highly valued to validate expertise.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sectors, is advantageous.
